    Nature_Valley_Granola_Thins_Chocolate

Just in time for summer, Nature Valley® launched its newest innovation that "hits the spot" and satisfies a sweet tooth craving for a healthy summer treat on-the-go.

Introduced in June 2010, Nature Valley Granola Thins are in a supermarkets aisle near you nationwide. Nature Valley® introduced the world’s first commercially made granola bar in 1975 and, since then, its brand of wholesome, delicious granola snacks has added a broad assortment of varieties.

Granola Thins have a delicate texture more like a graham cracker than a crunchy granola bar. The top of each Granola Thin is made with a layer of granola, and the bottom is layered with a peanut butter or dark chocolate flavored cream. Together, the combination provides an irresistible, melt-in-your-mouth taste perfect for satisfying a late-afternoon snack or sweet evening treat.

With each individually wrapped .06 ounce (17g) 100 percent natural granola square only 80 or 90 calories, Granola Thins are convenient to eat and easy to keep track of for your portion controlled calorie count and healthy lifestyle goals. Add them to your picnic basket or backpack and enjoy during your fun summer activities while visiting the beach or our many national parks.

Nature Valley loves our National Parks and is donating up to $650,000 for preservation efforts this year.
